This item is only available to Community Administrators
1.
To access Settings Manager, place your mouse over the Administration Tab at the top of your screen

From the drop down menu, select Settings Manager.

Community Administrators can tailor the portal to the community from this screen, specifically for the Marketplace, portal Security, and there are General settings also.
