| 1. | To access the Settings Manager, place your mouse over the Administration tab at the top of the screen, select Settings Manager. |
| 2. | The Settings Manager screen opens. Scroll to the General section. |
| 3. | The third section of the Settings Manager has to do with the general look and administration of the portal. Here you can change the settings with regards to the number of items in the lists, the Refer-a-Friend settings, and other aesthetic settings. |
| 4. | As users can hide their information in the Resident Directory, they are also able to hide their information in the groups they belong to. Leave this setting checked to allow users this option. |

| 5. | The Maximum document size is a system setting and it is not recommended you make any changes to this setting. |

| 6. | You have the option to hide or display the resident phone numbers in the Resident Directory. The default is to have them show. Click to remove the check mark. |

| 7. | Click on to select the number of rows to display in the Management Lists. |

| 8. | Click on to select the number of items to display for the Groups Home and Newsstand. |

| 9. | Click on to select the number of items to display in each list. |

| 10. | Click on to select the number of Rss Feed items. |

| 11. | Click on to select the number of groups to display in the Most Popular Groups area of the Group home page. |

| 12. | Click on to select the number of Photo Gallery items. |

| 13. | Type in the Number of featured news articles to display: in the text box. |

| 14. | Type in the email address of the person you'd like to receive the Refer-a-friend emails. Contact your Sales Manager for this information. |

| 15. | Type in the number of Group News articles to display. |

| 16. | Click on to select the Community Administrator you'd like the email notifications to come from. |

| 17. | If your groups are called clubs, you can change that here. Type in the appropriate name in the text box. |

| 18. | To revert the email address back to the Community email address, leave this box checked. If unchecked, the forwarded email will display. |

| 19. | Type in the number of days of history to delete when performing site maintenance. The default is 45. |

| 20. | To save your changes and close this screen, scroll to the bottom and click on the Save button. |

| 21. | To discard your changes, click on the Cancel button at the bottom of the screen. |
