Delete Users

To Delete a user place your mouse over the Administration tab at the top of your screen and click on Users Manager.

1. To Delete a user from the database, search using any or all of the following criteria:

User_Search

Click on Drop_down_arrow to select the user Role.
Click on Drop_down_arrow to select Yes or No in the Locked: field.
You can also type in the Last or First Name of the resident.
2. Click on the Search button to display results.

3. If the user does not display, try broadening the search criteria.
4. Click to highlight the user in the listing.
5. Click on the Delete button.

6. The User Delete Confirmation dialog box opens

7. To permanently delete the user and all user information, click on the Yes button.
8. To cancel the deletion and return to the Users Manager, click on the No button.
