To Delete a user place your mouse over the Administration tab at the top of your screen and click on Users Manager.
| 1. | To Delete a user from the database, search using any or all of the following criteria: |

| • | Click on to select the user Role. |
| • | Click on to select Yes or No in the Locked: field. |
| • | You can also type in the Last or First Name of the resident. |
| 2. | Click on the Search button to display results. |

| 3. | If the user does not display, try broadening the search criteria. |
| 4. | Click to highlight the user in the listing. |
| 5. | Click on the Delete button. |

| 6. | The User Delete Confirmation dialog box opens |

| 7. | To permanently delete the user and all user information, click on the Yes button. |
| 8. | To cancel the deletion and return to the Users Manager, click on the No button. |
