To add a House, place your mouse over the Administration tab at the top of the screen, and click on Houses Manager.
| 1. | Before adding a house, search for the address to ensure you are not duplicating it. |

| 2. | You can search by any of the following search parameters: |
| • | House Number: type in the number of the house e.g. 3756 |
| • | Street Name: type street name only – do not include the street direction (north) or street type (drive). |
| • | Unit Number: type the unit number if applicable |
| • | Address Line 2: type the information; this is normally not used with our system |
| 3. | Click on the Search button. |

| 4. | If there are no houses matching any of the criteria, click on the Add button to add the house to the database. |

| 5. | The Create New Community House form opens. |

| 6. | Enter all applicable information, the fields with an asterisk (*) are required, the rest are optional. |
| 7. | To add the house to the database, click on the Save button to return to the Houses Manager. |

| 8. | To discard your changes click on the Cancel button to return to the Houses Manager. |
